Our fully cylindrical, three-pass, scotch type hot water boilers aim at maximum efficiency with a globally accepted design. Flue gas temperature is low, boiler heating capacity is high. The efficiency of our boilers are designed not to fall below 90%. Thanks to this efficiency value, fuel saving and long-lasting operation are guaranteed.
Our boilers are designed in accordance with the desired capacity and desired pressure. Our productions are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 303 / 1-3 and TSE 497 standards. All controls are carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. During the manufacturing process of our boilers, all of the resources are made by certified welders certified by Turkish Loyd. All of the mirrors are cut in plasma without human touch.
Each boiler whose production is completed is subjected to hydrostatic test at a pressure 1.5 times the construction pressure for 30 minutes in our factory, and documents related to pressure test, manufacturing control, welding controls, visual inspection forms will be delivered to you upon request.
In accordance with the boiler capacity, if desired, the burner selection is made by us and the system is delivered completely.
The heat insulation of our boilers is also made carefully and the heat loss from the boiler has been minimized. Insulation is made with aluminum coating over glass wool or rock wool.
In addition to the boiler, all equipment related to the heating system (expansion tank, pumps, chimney, etc.) can be provided by us.
