Our boilers are designed in accordance with TS 497 Standard, ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system and 97/23 / EC Pressure vessels directive and manufactured by certified welders certified by Türk Loydu.
The most important feature of our stokers is that there is no shaft in the stoker ladle and therefore the shaft cutting problem is eliminated.
Our stockers use P355GH & P295GH (19Mn6 and 17Mn4) high temperature and pressure resistant special boiler sheet (platina) in 30 mm thickness in accordance with TS EN 10028-2 norms.
Our stoker system is produced with PLC control and operating intervals can be adjusted easily according to the desired fuel type (nut coal, walnut coal, pellet, pomace, sawdust, etc.) Thanks to this system, trouble-free and long-lasting operation is provided.
Full combustion is provided by the bellows fans added to our stoker system. Boiler efficiency is high.
